Group training is an effective way of getting
started. The motivational factor of having others in the class, meeting new
people and bringing a friend keeps you going and can get you to exercise even
when you want to but don't really feel like it. The synergy of many people
training together gives you lot’s of energy and the factor of having classes at
the same time makes the booking of your time very simple and easy. We offer you different options of training—both outdoors and inside the gym, at the same time while your kids are exercising and when ever you feel like taking some time for yourself. |

There are many different classes to choose from and the qualified and experienced instructor will make exercises suitable for every level at the same time—from the beginner to professional and you have help at hand during all time.
Good morning classes. Different trainings that will wake you up before going to work, give you good energy for the rest of the day and make you feel positive about yourself and the world around you.
Around the breakfast classes. Those classes suit you if you don’t have time to train before taking your kids to the institutions, if you have a day off, or if you just feel like training at the first part of the day.
Lunch-hour classes. If you feel like there’s no energy left already after the first couple of hours at work or if your day has started slowly or not exactly the way you would like to, then come and take a short and active break!
Express classes give you a great break filled with power to continue working and finish your day with loads of energy in a short and compact way.
Outdoor classes. To give you a variety of exercise options, some of our endurance and combined classes take place outdoors. Training outdoors gives you an extra boost of energy and makes you perform with a broad smile on your face. We recommend you to dress according to the changing weather conditions.
Evening classes. Training after work is an option that many people like and choose, which is why we offer Functional training classes that make your body move after a long day at work and boost your energy levels for the next day to come. It feels great to finish a long day off with a good stretch and nice relaxation.
