*Bootcamp. A circuit-style training outdoors that makes you push yourself hard, sweat a lot and get in good shape in no time! Suits for everybody, as different levels of exercises are available.
*Eastern Good Morning. A combined class of Qi Gong, Shindo, Tai Chi, Yoga, meditative exercises and elements—all the great Eastern teachings that make us feel one with our body, mind and soul and help us find balance inside ourselves and around us.
*Express Core. An abs and back class, where there is a focus on the stability of the core muscles. This is a great training for everybody, whose work is of sitting nature and daily routine includes little or no moving.
*Express Function. A functional muscle training class, where most of the muscle-groups get a workout with the help of your own body-weight. This training tones and invigorates your physical and mental body, making it ready for the daily challenges.
*Express Pilates. A shorter version of a Pilates inspired class, where you tone all the core muscles and get a good posture for the rest of the day.
*Fit Abs & Back. This class is designed to reduce the feeling of tired back, strengthen the abs and back muscles and to help to get a good posture.
*Functional Training. A muscle training class with different functional exercises that are helping your body to cope with everyday routines by using only your bodyweight as a resistance and multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This makes your workout challenging and gives you great results.
*Functional Wake Up. It’s a functional muscle endurance class with a long warm-up to wake up the body and exercises for multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This class tones your body for all the challenges of the day and gives you good energy.
*Power Walk Shape. A great way to start! A combined outdoor class of power-walking and functional exercises that give you lots of energy, boost your metabolic system and change your shape.
*Pilates. A Pilates inspired class of floor exercises that make you breath right, do lots of muscle training and strengthen your core in an easy way that makes you want more.
*Pilates Awake. This Pilates inspired class is a good way to wake-up your body and mind. It strengthens your core-muscles and tones your body in a good and effective way. After this class you’ll be ready to keep your good posture all day long and feel good about yourself and everyone around you. The length of the class is 30 minutes
*Mom & Baby. It’s a postnatal class, where both mothers and their babies (starting from ca 8 weeks up to ca 1,5 yrs) are welcome. It’s a class that helps young mothers to get back in shape. Endurance and muscle training are combined and the focus is especially on those areas that are weakened by the pregnancy. Having the possibility to bring babies in the class makes it easier to find time and opportunity to train. Babies can either sleep in their car-chairs or be “used” as weights for some certain exercises. There’s also time to feed and change the babies during the class if needed.
*Seniors. Doesn’t matter what’s your age, you should move around a lot and give your body some challenges—in order to live a long and healthy life. This class is little bit about everything: endurance, muscle training, stretching and feeling great after a workout that’s taking under the consideration both the physical differences and the age of the participants.
*Wake your BMS (Body, Mind, Soul). This is an endurance class with extra focus on the tired body, stiff joints and weak core muscles. It also includes long stretching and mental relaxation and combined endurance and functional exercises that make you wake up and get your body, mind and soul ready for all the daily challenges.
