June 19, 2004 U.S.A. Olympic Trials	Mary officially declared Olympian ! Mary Sanders won the U.S.A Olympic trials held in San Jose, California ! Congratulations, Mary, and good luck at the Olympics !
June 12, 2004 Red Ribbon AGG competition	Congratulations to Ritmika teams ! Ritmika Ladies Elite captured Gold in the Adult category, but also got awarded for achieving the highest marks by any group ! Ritmika AGG team got gold in the International Junior category ! Ritmika Novice Elite received Bronze medals ! RED RIBBON RESULTS (Excel)

May 16, 2004 Ritmika's Annual Spring Show	Ritmika's Annual Spring Show was held at Burton Auditorium, York University. This featured athletes from Ritmika's recreational, elite, and competitive programs, including the Canadian champion Alexandra Orlando.

April 17-18/2004 Rhythmik Quebec Invitational	Carly Orava competed at Rhythmik Quebec and came second All-Around. Congratulations !
April 15-17, 2004 Pacific Alliance	Mary wins !! (with 5 gold medals !) Alex with 4 Silvers and one Bronze !! Amazing results !! Mary Sanders and Alexandra Orlando competed at Pacific Alliance Championships in Hawaii. In All-Around competition Mary came first, and Alex came third. Apparatus finals - Mary 4 Golds, Alex 4 Silvers ! Congratulations !!
April 2-3/2004 Elite Ontario	Alexandra Orlando wins again at the Ontario Championships ! ( Elite Ontario - April 2-3/2004) Nathalie Ngo came 5th overall in Senior. Dani Boyaninska came 21st in Junior, Vanessa Raileanu came 9th in Novice.
March 27-28/2004 Thiais Grand Prix	Mary Sanders and Alexandra Orlando competed March 27-28 at the Thiais, France Grand Prix with excellent results ! Mary came 10th All-Around, and Alex came 15th ! (counting only one athlete per country, Mary came 5th, and Alex 10th !) Congratulations to both of you !!
March 27/2004 Sports Awards Gala	Our top 2 provincial level athletes Kayla Medeiros and Ria Micks performed at the 2004 Canada's Sports Awards Gala, which was televised on CBC on March 27th at 7 pm.
March 22-24/2004 Athens	As part of the preparation for participating in the Olympic Games, Mary Sanders competed on March 22-24, 2004 at Athens International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament. She came 8th All-Around in Preliminaries, and 9th in Finals. Mary, way to go !!
March 12-14/2004 Deriugina Cup	Alexandra Orlando competed March 12-14, 2004 in Kiev, Ukraine at the NAFTOGRAZ Grand Prix for the Deriugina Cup. Alex came 15th All-Around (taking out extra gymnasts per country, this leaves Alex in 10th place). Excellent result !
March 12-13/2004 Ontario Winter Games	Our provincial level athletes (Kayla Medeiros, Kim Fitzsimmons, and Ria Micks) competed at the Ontario Winter Games in London, Ontario on March 12-13, 2004. The competition was arranged into 5 teams, with each team comprised of competitors from several clubs. TEAM CATCH (with Ria Micks a member) came first; TEAM BALANCE (with Kayla Medeiros a member) came second; TEAM PIVOT (with Kim Fitzsimmons a member) came fourth.
March 5-7/2004 Elite Canada 2004	Congratulations to Alexandra Orlando, Carly Orava, and Nathalie Ngo for their results at Elite Canada in Winnipeg. Alex came first in all 4 apparatus, and first overall ! Carly came 3rd, 3rd, 5th, and 8th in Clubs, Ribbon, Hoop, Ball respectively (6th AA); while Nathalie came 11th All-Around.

Feb.21-22/2004 Boston Invitational 2004	Congratulations to Carly Orava and Nathalie Ngo to their strong performace at the Boston Invitational. Carly came 4th, 4th, 5th, and 7th in Hoop, Ball, Clubs, Ribbon respectively (5th AA); while Nathalie came 5th, 7th, 7th, and 5th (7th AA).
Feb.1/2004 US Challenge 2004	Mary wins US Challenge 2004 in Colorado Springs, with 103.6 points, 12 points ahead of 2nd place US gymnast Lisa Wong.
Jan.24/2004 Dragon Ball	Ritmika's top two athletes, who are also the top two North American champions - Alexandra Orlando & Mary Sanders - had a special invitation to perform at the Dragon Ball at Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Aug.30-31/2003 Queen Margarita international competition in Bulgaria	Congratulations to Alexandra Orlando ! - In the All-around competition, Alex placed 4th All-around, coming first in Hoop, 2nd in Clubs, 6th in Ball, 8th in Ribbon ! In finals, 4th in Hoop, Clubs, Ribbon, 7th in Ball. Alex also won the prize for "Favourite Gymnast of the Competition".
July-Aug/2003 Ritmika Summer Camp with TNT	This year's Summer Camp featured combining TNT Trampoline with Ritmika Rhythmic Gymnastics.
August 8-10/2003 Pan-American Games Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic	Congratulations to Mary Sanders and Alexandra Orlando to their excellent results at the Pan-American Games ! Mary wins the Pan-American Games with 5 gold medals (All-around and all apparatus finals) Alexandra - 3 silver medals, one bronze in apparatus Finals, 6th place All-around.

January 17-19, 2003 AGG International Judges Course in Finland, attended by Annely Riga and Helle Varrik.	Annely Riga is a member of the International AGG Administrative Committee. After the Judges Course in Finland there was a meeting of the Administrative Committee where new developments and the formation of a new International AGG Federation were discussed.
January 13-31, 2003 Gymnasts from Nanking, China (Physical Education Institute)	9 gymnasts with 2 coaches had a training camp in Ritmika Centre.

June 20-23, 2002 3rd World Championships in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (Prague, Czech Republic) Annely Riga attended as Canadian judge. 11 countries with 20 teams competed. At the Executive Committee meeting held in Prague after the competition Annely Riga was elected as International Administrative Committee member.
May 30-June 2, 2002 National Championships (Calgary)	Mary Sanders - Senior - Gold all-around !! This confirms Mary as Canada's number 1 rhythmic gymnast ! Congratulations !
