Registration and Monthly Fees
Our classes run from Sept. 13th to June 13.

Parents and tots ( 2.5-3.5 yrs old) -60 minutes class

Please note that the holidays have been taken into account in the Ritmika R. G. Club fee. Ritmika R. G. Club offers only full season memberships. Ten payments (dated September 1st through June 1st) must each be for the full amount of the monthly fee.
Our program discounts:
We know the financial impact of raising a family with several children so we have created
the family program to help you lighten the load. We are pleased to offer discounts for additional family members.
• Family Discounts:
• 10 % off Class fees for 2nd child,
• 20 % off 3rd child
• and 4th child is FREE
Gymnasts are encouraged to take classes twice per week for faster skill and overall better fitness level development.
Additional fees:
• There is a $ 35.00 administration fee per gymnast payable at registration time.
How to register:
To register by mail:
1. Download registration form online, complete it ,include your 10 post dated cheques dated 1st of each month September through June, add separate cheque for administration fee. Make your monthly fee cheques payable to Ritmika R. G. Club .
2. Mail it to Ritmika R. G. Club -361 Four Valley Drive, Unit # 3, Concord, Ont. L4K 5Z3
To register in person
1. Download registration form online, complete it and bring it in to our facility to register.
2. Single payment (for entire season –multiply your monthly fees by 10)) can be made by cheque, cash, debit or credit card.
Instalment option is by 10 post-dated cheques only. Post-dated cheques have to be submitted for entire season September through June dated 1st of each month and must be for the full amount of the monthly fee.
3. Club administration fee $ 35.00 must be dated September 1st.
Registration Guidelines
• All payments must be submitted at the time of registration in order to secure your child’s spot.
• Participation in a class may not commence until full payment and registration form has been received.
• Class selection is on first- come-first- serve basis.
• Please assume that your class is confirmed unless you receive a call from our office staff.
Refunds:
New members may request a refund within the first 3 lessons. For repeat members all fees are non refundable after the start of the first class. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes however special cases will be considered. Refund request must be submitted in writing. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing. Refunds do not include Club administration fee and are subject to $ 15 processing fee. Full refund if programme is cancelled . Ritmika R. G. Club reserves the right to cancel classes where registration is insufficient. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing.
NSF Service Charge:
NSF cheques will be charged a fee of $ 25.00. After notification a payment must be made within 3 working days. Once two NSF cheques have been received , debit, credit card or certified cheques will be accepted.
The “Children’s Fitness Tax Credit” became effective on January 1 ,2007 to encourage children’s participation in programs that significantly contribute to their fitness. Ritmika R. G. Club fees are eligible for the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit. Tax receipts will be mailed in early 2010
There will be no Ritmika classes on the following dates:
