Ritmika was not only my club for almost ten years, but my home. I never would've been able to achieve what I did in Rhythmic without the incredible environment of love and support that I grew up in. I can't explain what it feels like to know that there are people who stand behind you and are proud of you no matter what. The Ritmika family became my family. I am so fortunate to have been a part of such a magical place where I realized my dream of competing at the 2008 Olympic Games. Thank you for everything Ritmika!"
Rythmic gymnastics has changed my life. I started when I was 6 years old. My team have become very close friends over the past 5 years. Being part of a team makes me realize that it's not always about myself. My coach is kind and caring, she has made up lots of great dances and taught us many cool tricks. I have learned that it's not only about winning, it's about having fun too but I know you have to work hard to improve. I realize that the harder I work, the better I become. My favourite part about rythmic gymnastics is that there are many choices like ball, hoop, ribbon or free routines. It may be hard at the beginning, but I keep trying.
Laura Di Luch, age 11
My twin girls Laurel and Kristian who are now 11 years old initially joined rhythmic gymnastics through the Richmond Hill Parks and Recreation when they were four years old. Upon discovering their love for the sport, they decided to continue by joining Ritmika Club practicing with Ms. Annely Riga in a competitive level group three times a week from September to June of each year.
My girls thoroughly enjoy doing rhythmic gymnastics. They are able to express their natural flexibility and grace through this artistic sport. It has everything that an athlete could ask for; balance, strength, flexibility, team play, competition, and most of all variation through the use of different props like hoops, balls and ribbons. Not only has this unique sport helped them to become strong athletes, healthy competitors, and excellent team players, it has also played a big part in the development of their social and learning skills, self confidence and maturity. No matter what the future holds for them, I am certain that they will carry the positive aspects of rhythmic gymnastics throughout their lives.
Annely Riga’s name is synonymous with Ritmika’s and both have won respect in the national and international gymnastics world.
I am grateful to Annely for 30 years of friendship and coaching. Physical well-being, creativity, close friendships, and travel are all priceless gifts I have received from being part of Ritmika.
Our customer program evaluations indicated, that the participants really enjoyed
the program and the instructor this session. They said that the instructor was
"fabulous", "dynamic" and a "very warm and friendly person, that made their
child come alive".

Thank you so much. Unfortunately as a single parent we need to be where my work
takes me, but please know, the caliber of your school is well beyond anything we
have ever seen, and it is disappointing to both of us that we can't continue at
this time. Please know that Ava would love to return if I am able to return to
Take care, Anna
